Art Inden is a former litigation attorney and avid ski instructor. Art is now a dedicated wellness instructor and forager of medicinal mushrooms. A self-proclaimed gourmand, Art is an organic gardener, boat owner and captain, who grows and harvests most of his own food from the land and sea. Diagnosed with stage four cancer twenty-five years ago, Art saw the light and has remained cancer-free through diet, exercise and medicinal mushrooms. Art divides his time between Wilmington and the Colorado Rockies where he enthusiastically forages mushrooms for over forty clients including, Longwood Gardens, La Fia, House of William & Merry, Wilmington Club, Jansens, Harvest Market, Talula’s Table, White Dog Café, etc.
Matt Inden is an accomplished photographer and forager. Matt resides in Vail Colorado and during his visit east will join his father in leading the foraging expedition at TLC’s Stateline Woods Preserve.
