Field Guides – These are a great way to help students interact with nature, and learn how to reference the plants and animals they are seeing. Gift of Children’s Binoculars – Binoculars allow children (and adults) the opportunity to get a closer look at the striping on a certain bird, or other important identification characteristics to assist them in positive species identification. Plant a Flat of Native Plugs – Our native insects thrive on diversity and planting native wildflower and grass plugs. This is a great way to attract new species. Give the Gift of Owl Pellets for Owl Walks – Owl pellets provide an intricate look at what our resident owls eat and helps to determine the size difference between the owls native to our area.
